Craig Sheather is a freelance travel writer from Albury, southern NSW in Australia. He has a Bachelor of Business degree and a diploma of Journalism (Travel Writing and Photography).
Married with two children, he enjoys family road trips and a variety of outdoor activities including hiking, mountain biking, fishing and camping. Craig has explored parts of all continents except Antarctica and trekked in Nepal, Thailand, Peru, Borneo, USA and most Australian states. Not one for counting stamps in his passport, Craig has travelled to just over fifty countries over the past twenty years.
Craig is a frequent contributor to On the Road and writes a regular travel column for Link Disability magazine. He has also contributed to other magazines including Great Walks, Out and About with Kids, Time to Roam, TNT backpackers, Mountain Biking Australia and Go Camping.
He has participated in media famils with various travel organisations including Tourism Tasmania, Destination Gippsland, Tourism North East and Cockatoo Island. He has also collaborated with accommodation providers such as the Trans Resort Bali, Lusso King Valley, Huski Falls Creek and Albatross Holiday Parks.
